- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am usually pretty generous when it comes to ratings but I have to admit that my experience at the pharmacy yesterday evening was disappointing to say the least. I recently moved to Saint John NB from Edmonton AB and had a prescription faxed over to this location. I wanted to be added as a new patient as I was planning on moving all my prescription needs for myself and my family to this location. Upon asking questions regarding my Blue Cross benefits etc the technician wanted nothing to do with it. When I asked if we can set up direct billing she didn't want to take the time to enter my information in the system and just told me to submit my claim as the blue cross has a location on the east side. I am now going to be dealing with Shoppers instead. Our family spends a lot of money on prescriptions monthly..ie insulin etc. I am not prepared to do business with this pharmacy. Customer service matters. PS. I was the only one at the pharmacy at the time of my visit. There were two people working.by Amanda HendersonApril 04, 2017
